Scholarly publishing as one connected workflow
One environment for authors, journal editorial offices and institutions: manuscript screening for originality and machine-generated text, preparation to journal guidelines, journal selection, submission, peer review and issue production.
For authors
A manuscript studio: screening, preparation to journal guidelines, journal selection and submission. The English-language edition of the workspace is in preparation.
For editorial offices
An editorial cabinet for the full cycle: submissions with screening reports, peer review, issue production and metadata exports. The journal keeps its own procedure and policy.
For institutions
An institutional account for monitoring publication activity, screening manuscripts before they leave the organisation and running the institution's own journals.
See how it works
Three scenarios: for an author, a journal editorial office and an organisation. Choose yours.
How it works
- 1A manuscript is screenedOriginality with attributed sources, share of machine-generated text, compliance with the chosen journal’s requirements. The author and the editorial office see the same report.
- 2It is prepared and submittedText, metadata and references are formatted to the journal’s guidelines; the author selects a journal from the catalogue and submits from the workspace.
- 3The editorial office works in its cabinetDecisions, reviewers, deadlines and correspondence with authors; issue composition and export of metadata to indexing services.
Our position on machine-generated text
ASNAP measures the share of machine-generated text in a manuscript and reports it to the author and the editorial office alike. The platform does not rewrite texts to evade detection and does not offer such services. The method is documented, and every party sees the same report.
